  I used to be a Verizon prepaid customer and came to this store multiple times for assistance. They always helped me. I recently lost my phone and had to get a regular plan. Big Mike helped me sign up for a plan. I told him my financial situation. He gave me the details of the lowest priced plan. He let me know about things I could add on but did not try to pressure sell me anything. When my first bill came, it was higher than I expected so I took it in. I was quite stressed and not an easy customer to help. He remained professional - (for which he probably deserves an award!) and explained everything about the bill - it was exactly as I had been told except Verizon failed to apply a credit. He spent a great deal of time on the phone to successfully get the credit applied. I am thankful for the service I have always received at this Verizon store. Especially this time I am thankful for the level of service and integrity Big Mike demonstrated in his time helping me. *I would like to add that I rely a lot on reviews when I am conducting business. Some of the negative reviews here gave me cause for concern. So when a problem did arise (the missing credit), I drew conclusions that were not true and caused unnecessary stress. The mistake was corrected. In this case the negative reviews I think may be slanted or misinformed. I’m sure some are also true. However, it is my opinion that this store is not trying to mislead or deceive customers in their sales or service.

  Great communication on the phone to prep for the store visit. Michael on the phone, thank you. Showed up, another young man took over with the info we already discussed, in and out like planned with the exact price we discussed. Very positive and productive transaction.

  Impossible to talk to somebody, I'm here for 1-6 HOURS everytime, even if you make an appointment any day any time expect to wait an hour or more. The worst place in the entire world is this store, I've never been so upset in my entire life like I have been in this store multiple times. Avoid at all costs.

  I went in with a fraud issue that I had been dealing with for two months. No one could help me, and every time I went into a store, I just kept being told to call and speak with fraud. Finally, today Walter was able to get my account straightened away and my service turned back on with out a hitch. I would highly advise asking for Walter if you need assistance!
