- BOBianca OrozcoJan 30, 20265.0Roddie was great helping me switch from a different carrier, I was there a little over a month ago, he was very helpful and patient, switching 4 lines took some time but he made sure everything was done correctly and that I got the best deal, it was a long process but he made sure before I left the store everything was in order and it was. I did have to go back for a different issue and Ross helped me and within 10min problem was solved, I had called customer service and I was with them for over 1hr and the problem was never solved.
