  I've had two really bad experiences with Best Buy store policies. First let me say the employees are very good, knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure. However, the same con't be said for corp. policy. Here's one example; It was a day or two before Christmas, my son wanted an electronic game box. I went online to find a store that still had it in stock, found it at a Best Buy, ordered and paid balance online using a check card, for a store pick-up. Within an hour I was at the store to pick it up. Greeted with a so sorry we made a mistake (why didn't you call me??), we no longer have it in stock. I said, no problem refund me the payment and I'll look somewhere else. Sorry we can't do that for two days (which would have been Christmas Day). What if that money was the only cash I had for Christmas (price approx. $500.00)? Many don't have the resources to freeze that much money a day or two before Christmas, I was fortunate and bought the gift elsewhere. I will NEVER shop there again.

  Unfortunately not very helpful seemed more intent on trying to get me to purchase a new unit rather than fix the one I have. I highly recommend PC Solutions over these guys for any repairs.

  The Geed Squad (Dustin and Shawn) fixed my son's iMac the same day we took it in. Their expertise and ability to save all of his data made a huge difference for us. THANK YOU for your attention to detail and for listening to our needs. My son is already back to making his cartoons, thanks to you guys.

  Spent alot of money here and they compete with online prices! Not much in the gaming hardware section though.

  I wouldn't even give them one star ever time I enquire about a repair say Xbox one they tell me they don't repair that they are no longer geek squad they are send ur stuff somewhere else to get repaired and triple charge you how can you call yourself geek squad if you don't repair ALL electronics
