  Jordan was amazing!!! I went in flustered and frustrated. Jordan calmed me down, figure out the problem and got on it. He personally called cricket and got my bill take care of. Amazing customer service and an amazing employee to cricket!!

  Now that I am no longer a customer, I will share my experience in hopes that no one will have to suffer like us. A few months ago my wife needed a new phone, they upgraded the wrong phone number on the plan in the store. Over 3 days we spent 5 hours in the store for them to fix their errors. They did admit fault and apologize, but said nothing could be done to compensate for the problem. Service with them has now been cancelled. The main person who works there is very arrogant and condescending to customers. He is very short with customers and when they leave the store he will talk about them and how stupid they are with other customers that are still in the store. He also talks about the other employees to customers as well. Both of these situations happened in my 5 hours in the store. If you were a young lady who had just been hired a few months ago, you were there one of the days I was there. The next day I came in, you weren't there. He told me about you and that you weren't capable of doing that job and that you were not a good employee and you were not going to be working there much longer. If you are a cricket customer, avoid this location if at all possible, unless you love to hear an employee share his hatred with you.

  Leah was so very helpful she is the best at what she does. And that's help customers. Out and and do a very good job of it Leah for me with my phone and reminding me why I go with cricket keep up the good work
