I feel like if Best Buy supports a brand and sells it in their establishment they should support the consumer. Customers should not have to be stuck with faulty equipment that was higher priced than other well known brands. I have purchased multiple high end appliances and televisions luckily I purchased extended warranty’s for those items!! Just not happy with Best Buy at this point.
