  Very dissapointed with this retailer. Every single time I have gone to get help with my phone or to buy a new one the place has been closed, on regular hours. At first I thought it was just "bad luck" on my part. I always came back and I would find them open. This las time I went again, closed. I went into the store beside them and ask a staff member if they knew when someone would be back or what in the world is going on with their schedule, she confirmed to me that they have a "random" way of opening and closing the place. So they don't respect the hours on their website and on their door. What bothers me the must is this is the only cricket store in Jackson, so we are stuck with this bad service for now. Hopefully someone will care about it and stick to the schedule. I don't recommend this retailer at all.

  I have always had a great experience when ever I come to this location.I absolutely love Mark he does everything he can to make sure all my needs are taken care of. hes also very adorable and polite ! I wont go anywhere else
