  Since I switched from Metro PCS, I decided to go to the Cricket location in the Kroger Plaza on m-53. I needed a new and better phone oh, I was greeted and taken care of immediately, the representative that help me out her name is, Jessica. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything that came to a mobile phone which greatly assisted me I'm making a good clear and concise decision on what to buy. Thank you Jessica, and thank you Cricket for all your help

  Jessica is extremely polite, curtious and helpful. Really knowledgeable about her products and services. I would recommend anyone in the area needing cellular service to stop in and see her. I do believe she can definitely help you out.
