We had a medical emergency with our baby, a very large cane corso and nobody in my area would give us any options. I called my hamburg vet and she gave me the number to this vet. We are so grateful they fit us in. They got me a script to calm him down and the entire staff was so nice and loving while we had to make the hardest decision to put our boy bleu down. I would like to thank the entire staff for everything from the main doctor to her assistants and even the office staff. True compassion from this vet office, thank you so much 💔

We do not have enough words to express our gratitude to the staff here. Our sweet cat was aging and sick. They worked with us for several months to give her the best care. When it was clear there was nothing more we could do for her the doctor and entire staff was so caring as they helped her pass. Making that decision was one of the hardest we have ever made, but the professionalism and comfort giving to us and our precious girl took some of the sting out.

For the past 10 years, Dr. Warren has done an amazing job taking care of my cats. Two years ago, Dr. Warren recommended a treatment plan for my IBS cat Snowflake who most likely has cancer. It has been two years and Snowflake is still doing well. When I lost one of my cats to cancer, Dr. Warren was sad with me. I appreciate Dr. Warren's knowledge and compassion for animals. I highly recommend Dr. Warren if you are looking for a vet.

I have really struggled to figure out what to write for this review. Its a complex situation and unfortunately there is a lot of emotion tied to it consider our dog died. We brought our dog Marty here for his wellness visits since he was a puppy. We brought him in back in Jan 2026 for some issues he was dealing with. Between the months of jan-march 2026 we brought him in for testing and scans to figure out what was going on with him. It didn't seem anyone had a solid direction of where to go and how to treat. All's well knew was he had an enlarged liver (obviously more but I'll keep it short). Unfortunately Marty died on March 6 2026. Two days after we brought him in because we were concerned for him and three days after taking him to the novi emergency vet that was recommended by this vet. On March 2 or 3rd We Brought him in for respiratory distress and a distended belly on top of trying to figure out what was happening with him because he was obviously getting worse. They felt his belly and looked at his breathing. Said the breathing was potentially from a medicine he was taking and to discontinue and the lack of movement was because he was uncomfortable from. Arthritis in his spine and the enlarged liver. They did a scan and recommended blood work and full ultrasound. We scheduled a full ultrasound but sadly Marty did not make it that appointment before collapsing and dying in front of us. We were told from two seperate vets two days before his death that " we don't see anything that will kill him immediately" the novi vet went as far to say that his bloated belly was " just fat". We are angry because our 6 year old golden suffered until he died in his home. We obviously wanted a better outcome and care. I understand that the vets are 'hopefully" doing the best they can and are human as well but it seems like there was barely any concern for him when we brought him in before he died. We thought his his symptoms were obvious. But there was no urgency on their end. If someone looked at me and said " I think your dog is very ill and needs emergency care" we would have immediately taken him. But really it seemed not urgent. Just " we can do more scan and blood work". Although I understand that's Info needed to help understand what was happening. It was not helping us or our dog immediately. We are bummed with the outcome of the situation and we still struggle to understand how it got here. We are even more upset that we brought Marty into two seperate vets the week he died and nobody seemed to see what we saw. It's sad because now it's too late and he is gone.
