Ashley was a tremendous help winding me through the many rabbit holes necessary to get this phone activated after multiple password changes and proof that I’m not as smart as even the AVERAGE bear as i thought i once was! Bless her SO much! I’ve availed myself of the services here a few times as has my wife and we’ve always been thoroughly satisfied every time! These guys are very patient with a frustrated customer! I felt the need to apologize for my difficulty maintaining a kind demeanor at first but the atmosphere in this store sets an ornery disabled geezer at ease. I’m a big Verizon fan!
