    Super rude! I went yesterday in the afternoon and was rushed out and had eyes rolled at me for the questions I asked went in this morning it was a different crew and it was no different

    I asked for help from the assistant manager to help call customer service as I told verizon I'd setup a payment plan after work so my phone wouldn't get turned off. He could careless as he would not do so. He could not tell me why he said he was not able and would not do so. What about helping the customer instead fanning the flame of frustration that I've had over my bill for 2 weeks. Do not go here, negative 5 stars.

    Added $10/month to father's plan without authorization. Said it was due to plan being old. Or an overage. Couldn't make change because it's done internally. I said that's why we came to a Verizon store. Was told it wasn't as internal. Not even sure what that means!
