Phone number connects you to AI and then transfers to a call center. No possible way to contact an employee in the store directly to follow up on my repair… this is insane! Even the call center agreed it doesn’t make sense that they can’t connect me to an in store associate.

I called the store directly and asked how much to diagnose a computer issue? They flat out said free, I thought odd but with every intention to have it fixed there, I unplugged my tower and brought it to the store. Now I was told before, not to go to them because they are shady and not that great but I wanted to give them a shot. With that said it was my turn at the counter and they asked if I was a Best Buy member, can’t remember the exact club name, I said no and they said 100$ for diagnosing…. I told them they should say that on the phone instead of saying free and he tried saying I called a call center. I don’t care who I contacted if you employ the. You should make sure they are telling people the correct information.

Tried to call the local store in Holland, and after sitting on hold for over 10 minutes, call was finally answered by a call center that's out of state. Rep states there's no way to speak with a human being on the phone in the Holland store, say that you can only speak with a "National Call Center". That does zero good for the issues/problems and questions about Home Theater purchases and installations made at the Holland store a few years ago.
Ridiculous and infuriating, I'm sick of everybody and everything being outsourced. I'll give all of my business next time to a store that I can call on the phone and speak w/ someone at the store.
