Kept getting transferred, 4 times, never got an answer and got tired of the repeatedly crap on the line while I waited. Oh, but everyones sorry right before they transfer me. Repeating the same messages 10-12 times while no-one wants to help is insanity. AI chat is similarly useless and a waste of time. I will drive to Grand Rapids, an extra 20+ miles for me rather than use this location again. Spent that much extra time on the phone anyway.

I called the number listed and got a call center in some other location. The person told me that they were not able to get me in contact with the store and that I would have to drive there. If I cant call the store and see if an item is on display for viewing prior to making a purchase without wasting my time and money to drive there, then I will just purchase it from somewhere else that will answer the phone and my questions.
- BHBrian HeardDec 16, 20251.0Everytime I come to this store I do have a bad experience I had went to look for tablets for my son and I was point in the right direction by the greeter I greatly appreciate it but when I asked about information about the tablets he did give me pricing but he was very nonchalant about it when I asked like what's the difference between the tablet I wanted and the others he said they work like every other tablet this was around 5:00 in the afternoon I've bought things from this establishment and honestly I feel like I'm watching into a trap . There is alot of coaching that needs to be done at this store . Just one of those prejudice stores in holland . I've only seen one African American at this store and he did a better job than anyone else . Even wanted to buy an iPhone 17 out right but they just didn't seem to care
