    Purchased and had new car radio installed 5 weeks ago, total cost $1100.00 including back up camera installed Radio sometimes just quits working period! Left 4 messages over the last 5 days with no response. As far as I’m concerned, this Holland, Mi store suck when it comes to customer service. They just don’t give a shit

    Customer service on phone is the worst. I had a question about remote starter for the installer but the system has 0 options to talk to the store.i waited 20mins on hold for a rep and they couldn't help so i had to drive to the store for answers.. dont waste your time with the automated system of you want results

    If I could give 0 Stars I would!! Don't waste your time going to this location. The manager doesn't care about helping you and the poor employees have no idea what's going on or know where anything is. Geek squad tried to help but the manger just shut it down and basically told me nothing he can do after spending 700 on a speaker that was brand new out the box didn't work(due to a manufacturing problem got sent out and sent back) ,had a protection plan, but still had to spend more money just to get it replaced!!!! And customer service straight up told me it all depends on the manager and what they're willing to do to help me and how they're feeling that day and I have to go in the store if I want to talk to anyone. Couldn't talk to a single person over the phone who works at any store location!!! Best Buy you'll never get another dollar from me !!!
