- DDDavid DoptisDec 22, 20255.0store is great. went in for 2 upgrades and they handled everything so fast and easy for me. the one associate had to drive all the way to coldwater to get the actual phone I wanted while the other employee was doing the upgrade and plata transfer. I would definitely recommend this location.
- RDRobert DelpheyNov 2, 20251.0It shows the store should be open at 11 am on a Sunday, per posted hours. Was there at 12:10 pm by, all lights in store were on, front door locked. No "back in 5 minutes" or any type of notification as to why the doors were locked. This creates a huge inconvenience for us and now have to make alternative arrangements. What should be a simple task is now immensely more complicated. Not the 1st time disappointed with this location, but it will definitely be the last. A lot of the responses from the ownership claim to take feedback seriously, however actions being louder.... Seems rather hollow and patronizing to claim these things when nothing changes. If AI could replace the staff running this store, perhaps it should.

I old cell completely stopped working and it took over a month to get my replacement cell. 4 times Verizon was going to expedite a new device and didn't! In the meantime, it caused me a nightmare because I couldn't pay bills! I'm 73 years old disabled and I have cancer again. I was unable to call out to anyone in case of an Emergency. Once I had the new device I went back to At&t paying Less than I did at Verizon for the Same Coverage!!!

I took my business to Jackson don’t waste your time here
