    Ive been in this Verizon store several times and not once did anyone welcome me in or acknowledge me for no less than 10 minutes, though they were with customers they could have still let me know they would be with me shortly or even say hi. Today was the first time someone assisted me as soon as I walked in. They all need a hair cut and look professional.

    DO NOT GO IN STORE TO UPGRADE. This Verizon store prioritizes walk-in buyers to boost commissions. If you go in store excepting to upgrade to a new phone within 1-4 hours. They will tell you that it takes 1-3 business days to ship to their store even though they are in stock. Just go online and order through Verizon where you can get shipping in overnight or 1-2 days shipping for free. The whole point of in store upgrades is that they usually have the phone and is available the same or next day!
