Just trying to get in, as a senior citizen with neck/shoulder problems, trying to open these heavy doors while handling your pet and belongings causes long term pain and suffering. There were two girls sitting at desks inside that did not offer to lift a finger and after finally being able to let myself and my pet in, the 1st girl jumped up and hurried off with her back to me saying, "I'll be right with you," while the other girl couldn't crack a smile and offered no greeting. Prices were very high and payment was collected with as little communication as possible. I won't be back.
