  I visited this particular store on 12-31-25 for assistance with my bill. I would like to thank the staff, especially Justice, who was more than helpful in explaining my bill and resolving concerns.

  Newer store A little hard to find. The service was excellent. The employees were jokingly acted as they were fighting to help me. This store does not have a machine to accept cash. Luckily they did have a process to accept my money and continue my service as the bill was due that night. Again in a joking manner. They made promise not to wait until the last minute. Compared to the other Verizon stores I've been to this is by far the best experience. Because the s Customer reps were attentive and engaging with all customers. Even those waiting. I hope this isn't a fluke because the store is new The reason I have it a 4 instead of a five. Is because the door was broke and had to wait until I got their attention and no cash machine for which I wouldn't have to bother them.

  I had the best service at the Verizon Store on Mack. Chris waited on me and was very patient and helpful. He guided me in the right direction. I will definitely be back for my cell phone needs.

  Overhead, Verizon Dominic was excellent here very patient very experience and gave me a whole lot of time and I would highly recommend this company for Internet TV telephone and just good all around down to earth people work here and you’re gonna get the best deals better than T-Mobile better than AT&T and you can take that to the bank and make sure y’all give Dominic his respect and give him his due rights
