He upgraded 3 phones for us and did everything he could to ensure all data was transferred correctly. However there was a serious issue with the Verizon Corporation tech. When the phones were sent to the Grayling store there was an issue with the SIM. When Anthony called to get it resolved Verizon was not very helpful whatsoever. Anthony came in on his day off to help us and after 4 hours, he succeeded. There should be something to note: Verizon Tech is NOT willing to cooperate with the Verizon store which causes stress and anxiety for all parties. Verizon, do better and rise to the standards that Anthony expertly displayed.
