    Terrible—just terrible. So slow. I had an appointment and arrived five minutes early, checked in, and then waited 45 minutes before leaving without anyone even speaking to me. All I was trying to do was drop off our old phones. It should have been a two-minute process. This Verizon shore sucks!

    Went in twice previously to make sure I was the “person of contact” IE: can make changes to the account. Came in today because I got charged for TWO Disney + accounts I did not authorize. Was told “sorry your dad is on the account I can’t help you without him here” (I’m a 26 year old man btw and dad no longer has a line here either. Hasn’t for months but started my account when I was a kid) With a quiet “thanks, I’ll go elsewhere” I am now a proud T Mobile user. What terrible organization and in general, help from staff. Loving my lower bill and better benefits :) Btw, not getting reimbursed for the false charges.

    After waiting for over an hour to be helped, I was turned away because whoever set up my account used my maiden name. I showed several articles of proof as to who I was, including my marriage license, my W2, costco card and my health insurance card… ALL had my maiden name on them. The man who helped me (who had the worst hygiene I’ve ever seen) said that he could not verify me and didn’t want to lose his job… I needed to turn in my device for a trade in as well as my account won’t let me in. So. Horrid service.

    If 0 stars was an option, trust. Nothing but issues with you fools since we signed your contract. Got a new phone from them, they couldn't get the sim card connected and ended up having to switch it for a different one. Expect to spend your entire day here when you do a walk in. Continuous changes to our monthly bill. When we switched to a different service we continued to get charged months after our service was canceled.

    I walked in and was greeted promptly by the staff who were friendly and professional. Peter was the young man that helped me and was extremely helpful, asked the right qualifying questions to make sure I was getting the proper product and services. He was an absolute example of what you want to see in a customer service rep. Kudos to Jey who was also working and warmly greeted each customer with a friendly smile and a "Hello" or "Welcome to Verizon" as they came through the door. I told her that in my 30+ years of customer service, that her approach of greeting customers was spot on.
