On top of it she straight up lied and said it’s because they were updating their floor after 😂 odd considering i just heard her complaining to her current customer that she is ready to go home and almost done. Nothing worse than a liar

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there were hang ups with getting my new phone working and getting my service plan switched. The team members who helped me were very calm and personable and got the issues resolved. I was very happy with the new service plan I got as well as the IT support with my phone. Huge shout out to James, as well as who I believe to be the manager Matt. I would go here for service again.
