I decided to use my husband’s phone because he was eligible for a new phone. He purchased a new phone and Kristen was very helpful. I went back a few days later to buy a new phone for myself and John went above and beyond to help me. Since my original phone had all my data on it, but it was damaged because it got wet, John had to spend a lot of time trying to get things transferred from my old phone. I thought that he might give up because it was taking so long but he continued to work on it. Fortunately, he was able to figure it out, and all of my information is on my new phone! I really appreciate his patience and perseverance!
