They sincerely care about ensuring you get what you want, such as by calling multiple other stores to find you a phone when they don’t currently have it in stock. My phone was ready for pick-up by the 4th business day following my initial visit. Also, they give you a good price, such as by saving you money on your monthly bill and getting you set up with accessories for a great deal. I’m now set up with my new phone, so sadly I don’t have a reason to go back anytime soon, but I’ll miss the positive environment and interactions I had here.
