They said no hidden fees ok not even the week originally my service payment was going to be 139 but then I received a bill for 269. I can't pay it know im not only going to loose service but have to pay for a phone that im not going to be able to use.i hate verizon they use to be ok but know they don't care about there customers no more and this was set up by the manager that they have at Kentwood location. Please be carefull they will hide things from you till you receive your bill. Hate the manager there for doing this don't recommend this location at all.

The original service provider was extremely uncooperative, but Verizon helped us every step of the way, including calling the other service provider to assist us with transferring his phone. When we couldn’t get a transfer, they worked through the process of issuing us a new number. We worked with Lucas at this store location multiple times. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If he didn’t know the answer, he quickly got it for us.

My wife asked if she can try on Apple watch, he replied, "you can't and asked if one available to try on, told us we can go Apple store to try on. I told my wife to leave and go elsewhere. Stupid customer service, waste my on on Saturday to go there for idiot customer service.
