  This store is NOT a Verizon store, rather a 3rd party store doing business as Verizon. This was not disclosed at any point in time and is, frankly, an extremely dishonest business practice. Sold us phones we didn’t really want because it was what they had in stock, reassuring us that they could be exchanged within 30 days. Turns out things were not as they described with excuse after excuse used as a deterrent when we did want to exchange. The customer service is patronizing and pathetic. Would avoid at all costs and make sure to use a corporate Verizon store, will never make the same mistake again.

  I had an excellent experience with Verizon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They made getting a new phone line incredibly easy and explained all of my options clearly without trying to upsell or rush me. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly knows their products and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for great service and an easy, straightforward experience, I highly recommend Verizon. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

  Literally the worst data I’ve ever experienced I randomly will be forced to go into sos mode on my phone because I have absolutely 0 data when there is no outage in my area and it happens over and over again I really just hate it it’s probably one of if not the worst place to go for anything related to internet go to xfinity or something

  NEVER go to this Verizon store. They have set up a shady operation here and do not adhere to Verizon policy. I was going to upgrade my phone here but they were not going to let me take my original phone home with me so that I could switch it over to the new one. Something I have done every single time I have upgraded so I went somewhere else and upgraded my phone. Then I called Verizon after I got the phone switched over and they said I could take the old phone to any Verizon store and they would send it back for me and give me a tracking number. I tried to drop it off at this store and they refused to take it. I told them that Verizon said I could drop it off there and he still said he would not take it. They are extremely rude and condescending. I tried to ask for the general manager's contact info and he (Wali) refused to give it to me. I'm extremely disappointed and Verizon should be investigating this store.
