So I was angry, upset, and uncertain about the distraction and potential time consumption in resolving this nasty obstacle. However, good fortune awaited me. I was greeted by none other than Ana Amon, who from past experience there, I have discovered, is the Geek Squad's premiere consultation agent. She has assisted me several times in the past quickly, efficiently, and effectively resolving whatever challenge I faced. And as usual, Ana was on top of her game. She fully understood my dilemma and got to work fixing it. She also ensured that if I ever experienced that predicament again, I could speedily handle it from my desk at home. Thank you Best Buy, for having a treasure like Ana Amon. Because I know that on the rare occasion I face a technical matter, the East Beltline BB Geek Squad has a skilled agent like Ana to readily solve any issue I might face.
