- LELaura EnsleySep 2, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Geek Squad and especially with Anthony. I purchased a computer just last week along with a Microsoft key, but when I went in for help, not only was I not assisted, but I was treated with a lack of compassion and understanding. What made it worse is that I was asked to drive to the store twice in the same day—only to be refused help after being told to come in. That is unacceptable customer service. When someone makes the effort to follow your instructions and takes time out of their day, they should be met with professionalism and support, not dismissal. I expected better from Geek Squad, especially after investing in a brand new computer and software. Unfortunately, my experience with Anthony left me feeling frustrated, unvalued, and regretting my purchase.

He deserves a promotion and raise! What a nice guy! Very customer oriented and amazing customer service. However, the lost stars are because of the lack of accomodations for me trying to drop my tech off a few hours early for repair. It's a drop off, I'm not expecting you to repair it today. It was only a cracked phone screen too.... The kid working with iphones was not very friendly either. I'm taking it elsewhere. I don't live in this neighborhood. It would be different if I did....
- CLcharity ledeboerMar 3, 20211.0Brought my apple watch in to have screen fixed on 2/23/2021. 5-7 days for repair. looked online today 3/3/2021 and it hasn't been assigned to an agent. Called today, sat on hold for 18 min before being able to speak to someone... then was told that it would probably be another 5-7 days.
