- JHJody HicksOct 20, 20251.0I came to this store today October 20 at 1210 pm and I was trying to get a back up phone activated since my primary phone has broke. This is the SECOND TIME YOUR STORE REPRESENTATIVES LIE AND SAY THEY CANNOT ACTIVATE A PHONE THATS OLDER! Last time I went straight to APPLE STORE and they activated it with NO ISSUES! The problem is I’m not a loyal paying Apple customer I’m a loyal paying cricket customer! And just because I refuse to upgrade does not mean I shouldn’t get good help! You all can consider my last payment the LAST ONE I will be taking my services to T-Mobile! I should not have to go dayssssss without service because your employees refuse to do their jobs because they can’t make commission off me! Horrible arrive horrible and I’m over it please tell RANDY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR ME UPGRADE DUE TO THE LAZY WOMAN WORKING THE COUNTER TODAY!
