    Today I purchased my first gaming keyboard. I didn’t know much of what I wanted, but Holly took the time to listen to my list of wants, helped me identify my wants but observing how I typed and was super knowledgeable about all things keyboards- what she didn’t know, she found out.     Exceptional staff! I was in and out super fast because the staff was amazing! I had multiple people ask if I needed help and they all got me pointed to the products I needed quickly! I shared the feedback with Chuck the manger and told him he owes everyone pizza for being so awesome!

    Over the years Best Buy has had great customer service and products. Unfortunately, this has changed. I went in to the store to return a new computer monitor that was defective right out of the box. I was told the return window closed 3 days prior and they wouldn’t take it back and exchange for a working monitor. I purchase thousands of dollars of electronics from Best Buy every year and am a Best Buy card holder. Not anymore. Card is closed and now Amazon will get my business. Very disappointing after being a loyal customer for over 25 years.
