    There is a younger Asian woman who works at the Apple Store in Woodland mall. She wears a mask constantly and wears black clothing with high tall, black boots, to make herself look taller than the men. She is very condescending and sarcastic. She has black hair glasses and has a face mask on all the time I just purchased the brand new 17 Pro Max and I went to buy a case the other day, Their Wi-Fi was so bad, it wasn’t allowing me to unlock my card, she made me look like a fool in front of the whole entire store and kept continuing to “” Call my bank” I showed her how much money I had and I told her that this has never happened before The only person here worth talking to is a guy named “” Craig “”” Stepping in this place, you will be judged no matter how much money you have. The people here are intolerable. Especially the women. Of course a guy like me will say that. But don’t waste your time here and go to Best Buy. You will save 50% money and sanity. The women that work here are Insufferable. But not Craig, Craig is a straight up great guy. Give that guy a promotion Steve Jobs would be sick if he walked in the store. Do better Treatment men and women the same, give everyone the decency that you would give your mother and father

    My God does Apple suck. The logic board went out on my 2021 MacBook and it costs $590 to get it replaced and even if it gets replaced it could still fail in the near future, but I'm not the only consumer (looking online) that's dealing with this issue. My MacBook from 2016 still runs perfectly fine, but the new M chips seem to have the issues. It used to be going to apple you had to deal with pretentious people, but you get a quality product. Nowadays you deal with pretentious people with products that won't last you more than 5 years. I was also told that I could just get a new Macbook, but as a small business owner i don't have 2k to instantly drop on a new Mac product. Thank you for making shiny hot garbage with a premium price tag.

    If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. I was a walk-in and was told that I’d have a 1.5 - 2hr wait and that I’d get a text message saying my turn had come (which is fine cause that implies I can still get my issues addressed today). 2.5hrs later still no text message so I went back inside and inquired about the wait time. I gave my name, they can’t find me in the queue. Finally they find me under “First Name, Guest” and get me checked in. I then proceeded to sit and wait for another 2.5hrs before leaving because there had been no acknowledgment from staff whatsoever after the check in. No explanation of why it was taking so long after we’d technically been waiting for 5hrs, no check in to say “hey sorry for the wait, we see you, we’ll be with you asap”. I got no help with my tech problem. I’d rather you tell me you don’t have space on the queue to see me today than do this nonsense. Or if another staff member messed up and didn’t actually put me in the queue, communicate that and let’s solve that issue together. This isn’t entirely a staff problem, however, that doesn’t absolved you from the absolute stupidity I witnessed today. Do better.
