- CPChristy PayneNov 15, 20251.0I had a verizon employee call me to let me know if had a upgrade coming. Great. I set up an appointment for 11am on 11/15. I get to the store at 10:45, go up to the door with my husband and most of the lights are off and the door is locked. Knock on the door, no one there. Go back to my car and wait the 15 minutes until 11am. I see 2 other people come and pull on the door and it's still locked. I attempt to go into the store at 11:01. STILL LOCKED AND LIGHTS OFF! I knock loudly, wait for another 3 minutes and leave. I drive 45 minutes to go to the appointment. Finally get someone on the phone. He tells me he was there but in the bathroom with stomach issues. Great. Put a note on the door then. So frustrating.

He not only got me a free phone upgrade but was also able to help lower by monthly bill on top of it. He was very knowledgeable about tech and made sure I got the best phone at no cost. He also applied my screen protector for me! I would strongly recommend going to this location for the knowledge and personal service that makes you feel like a real customer and not just an account number. Thank you, Kyle!
