I forgot her name, but the sales person was the young woman. She seems to always be there when I show up. No, I never even asked to be her customer. She just happened to be there the two times I showed up. She sold me the S24, and the S25. She did seem a little stressed, but with this location being busy literally everyday, and the amount of "foot traffic" they have its very understandable. Her stress was never put on the customer, and she literally knew everything about ALL the phones. She put the screen protectors on perfectly, and the cases gently. Never ever tried to upsell anything, but I think she read me very well. Don't discipline her for not trying to upsell. This time around I bought the most accessories anyway. What I would like to see is some price transparency. There are no prices on anything, I had to do outside research for that. I was offered the latest iPhone for free, but ive always been an android guy since android was first released. Shout out to the blonde who sold me the home wifi. Answered all my questions, and dealt with my son. Chit chatting with her was a pleasure. Do NOT ever step foot in the AT&T store. Come here instead; even if you have to wait, the service is most definitely worth it!
