I took a star off because the stools they have for customers to sit on were so uncomfortable they actually threw out my back and I could barely move my left shoulder for days. So high up you had to hunch over to reach the counter. No back support, made of metal, and it took almost an hour in this chair to complete my business. All while the staff had nice comfy ergonomic desk chairs. But they were friendly and efficient people.
