Yousif allowed an unauthorized person, non account holder, to add a new line to my account without my permission to which added hundreds of dollars to my account and bill. Yousif told this person to sign my name on the paperwork and to not worry about it. He also said the bill would only increase by $5 a month. I called customer service to get this undone and they said there isn't anything they can do without charging me hundreds more to reverse everything. Yousif, you deserve to be fired and to never have the ability mess with peoples accounts anywhere, ever again.
