  I was mislead with the membership for geek squad. I canceled it. It was not worth it for me. I was under the assumption that all my electronic equipment I had at the home currently would be covered under it, which it is, but they only pay 20% which really is not worth anything for me. I had no intentions of buying anything new at the time.

  Any and EVERY time I have an issue with my computer, the Geek Squad IS ABLE TO ALWAYS FIX IT!!! I SWEAR by them! They have ALWAYS helped me, and SAVED my computers! They are VERY professional and they KNOW THEIR STUFF! I feel confident with my computer knowing I have them backing me up! It's worth EVERY penny to have the coverages they offer! I would NEVER compute without having their coverage! I swear by what I am saying! There has NEVER been ANYTHING they cannot fix!! (Unless your computer catches on fire! That is NOT their fault but my OWN from having a faulty surge protector! PAY the extra money for the fireproof surge protectors as well!) You cannot EVER go wrong with having your back covered with this coverage! I've had it forever now with ALL of my computers! I renew it each year automatically!
