I had a few items to shop for....and asked many questions. Regardless of the item, Zach had many of the answers. If he did not know the answer, he immediately reached out to others to find it. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He was just a huge help. This was a big purchase...so i really needed the info to weigh my options and get educated on the product and the best way to go about getting multiple accessories. Zach was super patient. Headed back, tomorrow, to finalize the purchase and get everything ordered. Honestly, waaaaay better than "guessing which one is better online." And then purchasing from some 3rd party website. I'd much rather talk to someone knowledgeable and pay a few bucks more. But after checking a few websites, Best Buy was the better value, anyway. Best customer service experience I've had this year.

A friend wanted my 60” so I canceled the haul away portion. Now, due to an apparent glitch, this also canceled my delivery date. I invited several friends over to watch the Super Bowl and now I’m not receiving the TV. Absolute garbage on Best Buy’s end. Throughly disappointed. I canceled the entire order and will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better. Your customer service is horrible!
