Super friendly and fun staff, I had Madison helping me this day. The next day, I was so happy, I brought my daughter in, to do the same, we had Jimmy helping us, both people who helped (my rep and hers) were so sweet, so funny and made it a very pleasant experience. His coworker WOULD NOT even type my info in to help fix this when I called and Lee had left for the day . Activating phones he was not authorized to, hiding current phone on file he had just deactivated! It was a simple purchase!

Trying is the key word - we are going into week three and they still can’t get it right. Go anywhere but here. They are sneaky and try to sell you phones when the promo is free, and when they transfer the data. They do it incorrectly. Might as well plan your trip to the Apple Store at the same time to have it done right. UPDATE- After an hour on the phone with AT&T, I think we have finally got the old number ported! We spoke with customer service, who did a wonderful job ensuring phones were free. I hope after we get all these kinks with a new provider worked out we will be really happy. It is just taking a little time to get there. 😁
