I was absolutely at a 10 with my frustration as we had dealt with several customer service people the last few days and they were not able to help us! Gregory Humphrey was absolutely the best! He was able to recognize our frustration and gave us reassurance that he could help! He was patient and kind!!! His attention to detail was top notch! In all of my years.......I have never had a customer service interaction that was this wonderful!!!! Give this guy a raise!!!!! He deserves it!!!

I guess they make a commission and don't care what they tell/promise you. I would rate at zero stars but the staff at this store was friendly even though they couldn't do anything with our account.

I have been on the phone going round and round with customer service for 2 months now over a smart phone they keep billing me for that I was told was Disconnected and was not. They refuse to disconnect it and are telling me they will send me to collections. I go to the store with no results call customer service with no results and they refuse to connect me to a supervisor! I will never recommend Verizon to anyone.

Very friendly staff; multiple customers coming in for various issues -all handled with patience and care. Should have went here first; the other Verizon didn't have any inventory and said that it had to be ordered and would be here in 3 days. Loyal customer; rarely files a claim in all these years, was treated very well at your Clio location today. Ura🪶 Thank you 🪶
