If you ever have issues with your Apple Devices I suggest you don't go to Geek Squad for their "Apple Services" because the gentleman there will do nothing but accuse you of ruining your device when Apple was trying to save me the drive and get there help, he just sat there telling me that "there is no way that could happen the battery is in the front of the phone" my iphone 16 pro overheats and per apple its due to a defect (common issue)- I touch my phone it keeps cracking I squeeze it its cracking...this guy wanted to tell me what he thinks I did, rather than listening to me nor pulling the ticket up in his system. He told me going to Apple was a waste of time and drive that's why he's there, so I called support upon leaving and will be going to the Lansing store for my new replacement. I'd save the headache and go directly to Apple - Its WORTH the drive.
