    Waited 3 days. Had one person call me on day 2. Make a plan on what the plan of action was for my desktop. Then the next day had a different person call me to make the exact same plan. What was the point of the first person calling me? Clearly a lack of communication. Then i asked to confirm they had the hard drive i was looking for in store. Got the confirmation they had it in stock. 6 hours later get a call that nope its not in stock need to pick another one. Then it was oh when we put this new hard Drive in its going to wipe your operating system. I say ok. Please install an operating system. Well that is going to be an additional 100 dollars. i say ok that's fine. Pick up my desktop. No operating system. LUCKILY all it takes is plugging in a flash drive with it on it for someone to install the operating system. Not sure why i need to pay 100 dollars for them to plug in a flash drive. My PC already had an operating system on the old Drive. And so all they had to do was literally plug in a flash drive as they didn't have to pay for a key as my system already had a key. Overall was very disappointed with my service and the fact that it took 3 days to install a simple Hard drive. Now reading the reviews i wish i would have went anywhere else. Sadly this geek squad is not good. I had a very different experience with the geek squad in Tampa where i am from. Sadly the experience does not translate throughout the company.

    Worst phone service ever called to ask some questions and all I got was a dumb computer that continued to change up on me. Terrible and pathetic I'm glad Amazon is taking all your business.

    Honestly, zero organization. No sings or lines, just walk up, wait 15 or more minutes, hope someone notices you or acknowledges you, and then just be told that there is a 4 day wait.
