(I forgot their name, but I will update my review once I find out). I had so many questions! All of my questions were answered with genuine kindness, knowledge, and patience! The products I purchased per their recommendation all worked as described and not a beat missed! At first, I was very hesitant about buying anything due to the cost and the rapid rate in which technology depreciates, but the associate recommended genuinely good products (Not based off their price, but their real world performance). The associate also took the time to compare products with one another: explaining why each product is preferred over another. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something or felt I was being misdirected. You have a very knowledgeable employee who is an asset to your business!
