My husband bought me an Apple Magic Mouse (not bought at Best Buy) for Christmas. When we got it, it did not work properly so I was going to take it to my nearest Apple Store for assistance. With Apple help I never had to make the purchase at that store and they helped me, even replaced it for me. I logged on to make an apple appointment with the Apple Store only to find out my store had closed permanently. Apple care directed me to Best Buy. So I drive to Flint to do some shopping. I wanted to get in earlier because I was done running around and they told me no, I had to wait until my appointment time. So we sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting. Once I got in the associate (Cezar) said “your mouse doesn’t work” and because we didn’t buy it there, they would do nothing about it. If you are going to be listed as an Apple care location than you should probably do the same thing the Apple Store would do. They sold the product there, they easily could have done an exchange under Apple warranty and had a happy customer. If you have an issues with your Apple products I DO NOT recommend their “care” I will drive to Troy for a real Apple dealer before I visit this store again.

Worst service ever , multiple people ignored us as we waited , they were literally standing there and just ignored us , finally one guy said he saw us waiting for awhile and helped us , will prob never return , horrible service

My mom went in there to get a tablet fixed and the person she was talking to was very rude and said u people always do this cause she said she didn’t have cash and she wanted to pay with a card than when I called to file a complaint they never answered I called 7 times I’m going up there tomorrow to file a complaint and if they don’t do anything I’m gonna file a lawsuit
