  Wife and I went in and bought 2 tvs a 55 inch and an 85 inch. Paid the extra to have them come and install the tvs and wall brackets I bought, basic package. Found out today that it is a 3rd party company for the basic package and the wall mount I was told to buy wouldn't work for the 85 inch tv and they have had issues with it. Tried calling the store and was transfered to overseas call center to which the installation crew was still at my house and told us that Best Buy no longer answers their phones at the store they all get outsourced to California if your lucky or like I got overseas. Went to the store and returned the wall mount and got a correct one which shocker was almost a 100 more only to be told by Erik who sold me the wall mounts and promised they would work that I should have paid the higher installation fee because then geek squad would have come out and they would have installed the 85 inch tv on the wall mount and it would have been fine even though the installation company said they personally have tried these wall mounts and have had multiple issues so they dont even install them anymore. When I have tried to reschedule my installation time it is now a week plus out when I have already have had to wait a week on top of my wife having to burn a day off due to I work 3rds. This best buy has become a joke of a store.

  Ashton was amazing. He stayed and helped me the whole time I was there (over an hour) trying to make decisions. Gave me great options and helped me so much. He also helped multiple other customers along the way. Nice to see high quality customer service!

  I recently purchased a Viper DS4 remote start and had it installed by Rob who was pleasure to meet and did fast work. After about a month I upgraded my viper system so I could start my vehicle with my cell phone and liked Rob so much I choose to take back and have him install the upgrade rather than the best buy 10 mins away. Rob is friendly and professional.

  Never will stop here again. Tried ordering Pokémon cards with a sku number. Pokémon is the ONLY product they won’t do orders on. This store is the only one I’ve heard of enforcing this. Employees have been buying out the product for the last year. Cannot wait for this store to close down for good
