Week later(with no receipt mind you)+ a hefty fee- the online statement a month afterwards in my app said my credit was only $120. Its obvious why he did it was to pick me as a target, and get a higher commission. after hours on the phone with Verizon, they were able to apply the promo credit that This Store Lied about adding. BUT- the fee this store charged, without a receipt and the employee said there were no more fees and my bill would be $84 i believe- they are charging me an additional $120 for them being wrong since Oct. Where did the in-store money go? Probably to the employees pocket. Hopefully he wasnt intentionally committing fraud, but I was promised to pay a bill in the $80s, but was charged almost $200 for ONE Line. Good luck getting Verizon corporate to fix it too, btw... Its a shame people like this try to feed off of a target. Buddy that scammed me, if youre reading this, hope it was worth it. You wasted hours of my time and hundreds of dollars. Hopefully you just made a mistake, but I doubt that was the case. Owner, Please watch your employees...

However, I was taken aback when I saw she added the 3 day travel pass to my bill without my knowledge/consent. Really sneaky in my opinion assuming people won’t notice a $10 charge on their bill.
