Clay showed experience, kindness, and great professionalism. He transfered over all the data and further explained inquiries about Apple Music and service questions. He took the time with us in areas where he didn’t have to / clerks hadnt in the past. His service especially will keep me coming back but also Verizon as a whole was a top tier experience.

When attempting to return the box I was turned away from the store I signed the contract at and told to call a specific number to talk to a rep that would help me and send me a return box to put the router in. After two hours on the phone I got connected to someone who clearly had no idea how to handle this case and told me the router did not need to be returned. Believe it or not that was not the case and our company was charged $240 for “equipment fees” next month. When attempting to contact customer support with a Verizon rep at the Fenton store the customer service HUNG UP ON THEIR OWN REP THREE TIMES. You’d be better off lighting money on fire than giving it to this company.
