    Not sure I’ve ever experienced service so poor in my life. Our business had a business internet router that ended up not working for us as the speed was too low. When attempting to return the box I was turned away from the store I signed the contract at and told to call a specific number to talk to a rep that would help me and send me a return box to put the router in. After two hours on the phone I got connected to someone who clearly had no idea how to handle this case and told me the router did not need to be returned. Believe it or not that was not the case and our company was charged $240 for “equipment fees” next month. When attempting to contact customer support with a Verizon rep at the Fenton store the customer service HUNG UP ON THEIR OWN REP THREE TIMES. You’d be better off lighting money on fire than giving it to this company.

    Went here on a Sunday morning to get new phone and switch over phone providers. Tony helped us quickly and with ease to switch over everything and let us know what steps to take with the old phone providers. Caroline the manager was also super helpful in getting us the best bill and trade in value we could. Overall very happy with our experience and how smooth it was to get everything switched over!

    Ordered a phone through Verizon for in store pick-up at Owen road Fenton Verizon location as Verizon stated it would be an express option as opposed to shipping it to me. Well, I called after no word for 4 days and Verizon stated the store had my phone but they cannot call the store to confirm so I needed to wait to be notified that it was ready. Here we are on the 5th day since ordering and still no word. Out of frustration I asked my wife to drive the 17 miles to the store to ask what the deal is with my phone. Turns out they've had it for a while, put it in a kiosk locker but never notified me nor Verizon that my phone was ready for pick-up! Freaking amateur hour over there! What if someone needs a phone for work or health reasons and these slackers just shove it in a locker and expect you to telekinetically know that it is there!? Ridiculous! Their service is already shoddy at best in my area. I get one bar at home and their customer service is now non existent! Between this, that and the recent outages it's no wonder so many people have left Verizon as of late! This is how a giant company topples people! They do not give a single crap about their customers and that's becoming very clear in recent years. It all starts at the top so I don't entirely blame the store staff.
