This store scammed me out of $400 by claiming i needed to purchase the accessories package and device protection to get the promotional credits for opening up 2 new lines. After calling Verizon, I later learned that this is not true. I then went back to the store to get some written proof that the accessory bundle was required for the promotional credits. The manager on site Drew, proceeded to yell at us and talk condescendingly when we asked clarifying questions. Stay away from this location. Horrible manager with an attitude problem and blatant lies.

We have been to the store multiple times- every time we come up with a new issue which doesn’t get resolved. And the messages to them stay unanswered. Additionally, they reply sometimes to the message blaming me for the services that they’re not able to resolve. And reply with unprofessional remarks like “lmao” in their messages. Constantly keep calling for security codes during my work hours. Overall, terrible customer service and the worst service ever.

Sales focused: they tell you everything you want to hear to close the sale but once you’re outside the store expect unexpected fees. The salesman (Connor) was straightforward with me so far it costed me a lot of stress, headache, energy, and unexpected fees! I’m still dealing with it. going back-and-forth multiple times. When I went back and asked they said its up to the billing department Overall I got taken advantage of. These guys work on commission. It’s better to go straight to Apple Store, exchange Phones and then call to activate it, they give you better service and it’s straight to the point no surprises, no headache.
