At the time of purchase, I clearly stated that I wanted the iPhone 15 in black. However, after completing the transaction, the representative handed me a red phone, which is not what I requested or agreed to purchase. I immediately informed the representative that this was not the color I asked for and left the phone at the store, as I did not receive the product I paid for. I was told someone would contact me on Sunday, July 6th, to resolve the issue—but I received no follow-up. I have since called three times, asking to speak with the store manager. Instead, I was told the manager refuses to take any action, wrongly claiming I “changed my mind.” That is completely inaccurate and dismissive of what actually occurred. To date, I have not received the phone I paid for, nor have I received any accountability or assistance from your team. The refusal to take responsibility, the lack of follow-up, and the way I’ve been treated as a paying customer is both unacceptable and deeply disappointing. At this point, I no longer wish to proceed with an exchange. I am requesting a full refund immediately. Please do not delay this further, as it has now been two days without resolution or the product I purchased. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.
