  After dealing with multiple Verizon agents over several days, both on the phone and different stores, I finally went to the right location!! Justin was extremely helpful and immediately took my phone and restored it something everyone else kept promising me yet couldn’t be done. Fina and Justin are very knowledgeable, professional, and truly CLIENT ORIENTED⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

  Got a new phone, iPad and internet month trial in December and had a great experience. Came in today to return an internet router (when there wasn’t a single other customer in the store) which I had been told on the phone to return to the store, and had a terrible experience with the woman who was working. After being insanely rude to me, when I asked her name she told me “ups” three times & wouldn’t answer my questions. Will never come back here again. She was the only woman working with two men at 4:45 on 2/12 and she has no business working “customer service” anywhere.

  I will never return to this location. I was there for over two hours and received extremely poor service. I was passed over while other customers were helped first, despite having been waiting for a long time. I was also asked unnecessary personal questions that had nothing to do with my service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location I was there 2 hours and I got the worst service from this African American young lady and she took someone before me as I was there for hours asking me all kinda of personal information that didn’t concern her.

  I recently moved to Detroit on January 23rd. Today, January 24th, I went to the store looking to get assistance with internet in my Town Residences apartment after I had a long phone call with Verizon customer service. When I entered the store, I was assisted by Dominic. He went above and beyond to not only assist me with my internet needs, but also transition my carrier service to Verizon instead of AT&T. Dominic helped me bundle my internet and iPhone for a more affordable monthly bill compared to AT&T. Dominic took the time to get all my accessories set up, data transferred between both my iPhones, and also explained everything to my Mom who lives back in Ohio. Dominic is an outstanding employee who clearly knows exactly what he’s doing and how to help customers with options they don’t even know exist. He should be celebrated for his service as a Verizon employee.
