  I ended up switching over to total wireless for my prepaid data carrier. If I could give 10 stars I would. This total wireless really treats customers like family, they made sure that I was taken care of and satisfied before I left. On top of that, the data is by far faster AND CHEAPER than all the previous carriers I’ve used. Total wireless has my loyalty due to their professionalism and amazing customer service. Thank you guys!

  I had a great experience at this Total Wireless location. The staff was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain my plan options clearly and made sure everything was set up properly before I left. The process was smooth, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
