Purchased extra storage , little did I know Apple puts everything on Cloud and full before you know it!! So their gimmick is you put everything to cloud and pay them more every month. Bring phone into partridge creek they have no clue what’s wrong or how to fix. Volume for hearing is horrendous!!! Let alone ring tones being loud enough to hear . Updates mess phone up more , so Sorry ever paid so much for a phone that is worthless, wish kept my Android. Only thing I can say is a little better signal. Don’t waste your hard earned money !!

Bianca went above and beyond to assist me — she was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. The manager, Tina, also stepped in to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was completely taken care of. Their professionalism and genuine care made the entire visit stress-free and enjoyable. I really appreciate their outstanding customer service — I’ll definitely be back!

Most of the employees are friendly but the people who helped me acted like they wanted me out the store as soon as possible. I gave my Mac for repair three weeks ago, tracking number wasn’t updating so I went in to ask the status, they had me waiting for 30 minutes just to find out where my laptop was and at the end all I got was “keep checking the tracking number” when the whole reason I went in was because the tracking number wasn’t working. Terrible customer service.
