I was afraid to go to Downtown Detroit Apple Store. I was completely surprised they treated so nice .. I only want to visit with them to handle my future repairs .. My device login was remedied at the door unfortunately I forgot the guys name .. so sorry .. I had just left work.. I love the store and the people they treated me like family.. so good to know there are still good people left to handle your Apple business.. thank you so much!!!
- TTTekNoNoMar 6, 20265.0First visit to the Detroit location. Tech Mark was a beast. Quickly assessed and dissected the issue after some questions. Passed it over to the expert Justin and the device was kept overnight. Came back to progress but not problem solved yet. Went home and attempted back up that lead to failure after failure until realizing there was an error message we could only see if we waiting over 8 hours as it calculated the actual size of the back up. Problem resolution in progress. Back up finally in progress! Thank you Mark, Justin, Dominic and team for going above and beyond for someone who lives on and off their device. Music is life and without the laptop - my life stops. Appreciate you and the team beyond words. When that new laptop drops I’m coming for visit two ;)
