  It was time for my 2 oldest to upgrade their phones. We decided to stop in at this particular location. Roberto was our salesperson. He was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The store is very clean and well lit. Pricing is pricing. Providers are providers. Tithe customer service that matters. Roberto is the man!

  We just purchased 5 iPhones with Justine !!! He’s such a great supervisor was so patient and gave us the full information and was super super patient with me cuz I wasn’t with my best mood! Best place and very respectful employees they don’t leave u waiting for long they serve u on point, highly recommended!

  Went in yesterday had a question about international calling. John greeted me immediately and made eye contact instead of looking down like so many others have done in the past. I was impressed by his knowledge and how professional he was. This is not my normal store but I have to say I definitely will be back to see John for all my needs. I highly recommend him. He recommend what i needed to do and he also fixed my issues with the verizon app and showed me not told me how to fix it. That meant alot because others make you feel like you dont know what your doing he taught me and watched me do it not just doing it himself and saying done like I've experienced elsewhere. Thanks John and I appreciate the help.

  I’d like to start by apologizing for the lengthy review, but I believe it’s important for others to learn from my experience. When I went to Verizon, I encountered a representative named Milad. I was promised an iPhone 17 Pro Max and an iPad for free, and in return, they would buy my old phone for $1,000. This initially seemed like a fantastic deal. However, I later discovered that the iPad came with monthly taxes, and the phone required a monthly line service fee of $90, which was significantly higher than a regular line. This was a clear case of being misled. Once I realized this, I canceled the deal. Additionally, there was an issue with the wireless internet device, as it was already registered to someone else. Milad had to cancel that order and provide a new device. After a month, I received a bill demanding that I return the old device, which I never actually received. I emailed Milad about this, and he acknowledged it with just a “like” and no further response. Later on, I found an additional $300 charge on my bill for that device I never got. I reached out to Milad again, but he ignored me completely. Eventually, another Verizon employee helped me resolve the issue, but I lost both time and money due to Milad’s negligence. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with Milad at Verizon. He’s untrustworthy and has caused me significant inconvenience.
