They assured me that a claim would be submitted on my behalf. Last week, I discovered that no claim had ever been filed. I went back to the center, spent over two hours explaining everything again, and the representative pretended to listen carefully while assuring me that she had submitted the claim. Today, after not receiving any update, I called Verizon directly—only to learn that there is still no record of any claim. This center has shown complete irresponsibility and dishonesty. They wasted my time and made false promises. I strongly recommend that no one visit this location. They pretend to care, but they absolutely do not.
