    Devin helped us out and did a great job, we came in confused because we were talking to customer service on the phone. We walked out with 3 brand new iPhones and 3 iPads for a great deal!! And he made everything very simple

    My brother and I came into this store on ford rd in Dearborn height and we switched from att to Verizon and were told that they would payoff our att phones so we got a business account and 6phones total a sales rep name naji I am not sure how you spell his name bearded bald man anyway he was excited to help assuming there is a nice kick for him by selling get 6 iphones and told us that they would payoff our ATt phones so we checked 2wks later and we were told by him and his manager that it would take some time and we will get a Visa card to pay off our phone so I checked again in another 2 wks and still was told it’s taken time so when I went in today I was told that they credit our account for 2 phones and I was confused because that was not what was told to us when we did the switch so now I have to talk to the manager because there is nothing they can do and mind you they credited only 2 phones pay offs and we traded in 6 so now we are stuck with an att payoff bill but we didn’t want a credit if that was told to us from the start we would not switch because who would to pay out of pocket 3-5k bill for iPhones .. so naji said his manager will call me tomorrow 9/4/25 and hopefully he can solve it .. we are very disappointed in how they did business we were lied to and now stuck with a massive bill if I can give this store and all the employees 0 stars I would . Please be careful going into this store it’s either they lied to us or they don’t know how to do their job either way it’s their fault and I can’t wait to keep going up the management ladder until they solve this problem.. they treated me a us army war veteran like an idiot so they can make money by lying . Will keep you updated till then stay from Verizon on ford rd in Dearborn heights.. Update It is now 9/30/2025 and the manager jacob has not gotten back to me after i emailed him on 9/6/2025 with information he needed . I went into the store 9/29/2026 and spoke to the supervisor ellis and he said he will be speaking to jacob and to give them few more days to fix our account our bill and the payoff for att. Will keep you updated soon Update : on October 8th I went back to store and Ellis the supervisor stepped up and taken control over the issue with our pay off and bill problem.. so far they have requested the payoffs on the phones from att an they worked on the bill situation yesterday October 11th I went into the store and emailed the payoff bill statements from att to Ellis and he’s on it also was informed that the bill will be corrected and it will take 1 to 2 billing cycles as far as the payoff mr Ellis informed me to keep checking back with him to resolve that problem I said great and that I will stay I touch .. so far soo good it only took since we switched with them which was I believe July or August this year .. will keep these reviews updated for the process of the problem and the record… Final update :: I was informed by supervisor that was coving at the ford store ( Halie) that they will not pay the att phones off .. very disappointed in this store and shame on Naji for set us to fail and have our account with att go to collection so he can make a commission.. never the less my brother will have to take the next step against Verizon .. over all horrible experience because of one employee… June 8th is when we switched and we are in October and no one fixed the mistake that was done by their own employee… shame on Verizon for mistreating me a war veteran and my brother who now has his att account in collections . -5 stars
