Just left this store a couple of hours ago and I have to say that Robin was absolutely amazing! She made the transition from T-Mobile to Verizon so easy and was very pleasant to deal with. This store is lucky to have such a great representative.

Verizon needs to bring their customer service back to the U.S. everything has to be done through their phone service or chat service, they're people only know how to read from a script, And provide zero help if you need anything more than the basics
