Every time I come in they are caring, helpful, and full of good information. They helped me set up my account so I get the most savings, answered every question, and took care of everything I needed on my account without any issues. Will has also been a great resource and has helped with any managerial questions or odd items I needed. He is just as easy to talk to and always points me in the right direction. Any time Verizon online or phone support has failed me, which has been pretty much every time I tried to make changes, the three of them have stepped in and made it simple. They listen, they explain things clearly, and they never overwhelm you with information. They also never try any weird sales tactics, which I appreciate more than anything. In my opinion, do not mess with online or phone Verizon. Go straight to the Verizon Alpine location and ask for Sidney, Eric, or Will. They really are incredible.

He explained everything in detail and let us know what was recommended and what wasn’t really necessary when it came to options for the plan. He also added that if we were confused or had questions about our plan after we left to text or call him and he’d be happy to help. I’d recommend that if you make an appointment here that you schedule it with Patrick, he’ll get you taken care of!
