He explained everything in detail and let us know what was recommended and what wasn’t really necessary when it came to options for the plan. He also added that if we were confused or had questions about our plan after we left to text or call him and he’d be happy to help. I’d recommend that if you make an appointment here that you schedule it with Patrick, he’ll get you taken care of!

Sidney was our rep and did an awesome job of answering our questions, finding an option that was beneficial to the customer, not being pushy or trying to upsell anything unnecessary, and showing a genuineness in personality (we dealt with an actual person, not a stale, bland sales rep). Sidney was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions with a clear understanding. Would recommend going to this location. Ask Sidney to do her hand stand. :)
- JDJ DKAug 22, 20251.0Stay far far far away from this store. They illegally put my phone account under my wife’s without my permission. Then they took insurance off my phone without my permission. I think they lied several times to my wife. There are some good Verizon stores. NEVER go to this one. Now my old phone is broken and this store removed my insurance without my permission. I think that’s illegal. I would like the manager with a date and time to meet with him. Sadly you can’t even call this store direct. Terrible!
