I was assisted by Will who was both patient and kind while assisting me with a line transfer. Even while helping me he made sure to greet guest entering the store. I left with my problem resolved and satisfied with the customer experience.

On a snowy, completely dead day, I walked into this Verizon expecting a simple warranty replacement install for my screen protector—something I was explicitly told one month earlier when I bought my new phone and protector. I was told that when it breaks, I just bring the replacement screen protector in and they install it on my phone for free under warranty.
Instead, I was told it would cost $30 just to put the replacement on. When I explained what I had been told at the time of purchase, the two men working there laughed at me and then claimed they “don’t even sell that brand here”—despite the exact brand being all over the wall behind them.
The interaction was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. No attempt to help, no attempt to clarify—just arrogance and misinformation. I left feeling frustrated and talked down to.
I would stay far away from this Verizon location. Completely unprofessional behavior from both employees.
