It took two times to the store and multiple phone calls just to order the correct phone we wanted. Then when we went to pick it up it took over a half hour for someone to talk to us and I said we are just here to pick up the phone. Then 20 minutes later he said okay we have to make sure it’s activated and I said no I’ll activate it at home. He said I had to activate it in the store when I asked why he said we should have done an “in store pickup.” We were in the store and I said we’re just here to pick it up! Then the manager said you can switch it quick but the moron had already deactivated my phone! So, then we had to wait another 20 minutes while he reactivated my original phone. Horrible, highly don’t recommend, we are leaving Verizon.
