  Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced period as well as worst cell phone carrier service in the 20+ years I’ve had a cell phone. The short story - tried to switch carriers to Verizon after 4 1/2 hours in the store and the Rep making mistakes and their corporate phone line being horrible, they had disconnected our AT&T phones but couldn’t get the new phones activated. We (my husband & I) had to leave after FOUR AND A HALF HOURS of our lives taken from us and left with NO service on our phones! We had to go back to AT&T and then back to Verizon who gave us the run around about a transfer pin. We went 4 days without cell phone service. I didn’t even get into how horrible the Sales Rep is…and I’m in Sales! He lied about the price and tried to push the protection plan and a cell phone case and screen peotector. He wouldn’t listen to our wants and had a clear agenda to upsell. He kept saying how much money we were saving…then said it would cost $600 for new phones. Between spending 8 hours in store and on the phone with Verizon…we went 4 days without cell service and back to our old plans (square one). It is incredible how horribly run a multi billion dollar company is. Never switch to Verizon. NEVER!!!

  I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I really want to give credit to Kae at Verizon in Commerce Twp. I came in with my 2 elderly parents who wanted to switch providers and get 2 phones that are more senior friendly. They knew none of their passwords, nor did they know the PIN number needed to access their old provider’s account. We were a mess! Kae worked tirelessly to track down all this information in order to help us stressed out non-tech savvy people. He is kind, Patient, and knowledgeable and he made us laugh through-out the process. We are grateful for him, and he is the one we will go to from now on. Whether he wants us or not. LOL 😊

  Outstanding Experience Best Verizon Store by Far! I cannot say enough great things about this Verizon location and the incredible team here. I came in after switching from AT&T, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted immediately and treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Every employee is pleasant, down-to-earth, and extremely knowledgeable. William, in particular, went above and beyond. He took his time explaining everything thoroughly, never rushed me, and never made me feel pressured. Even though I was in the store for quite a while, I felt completely comfortable the entire time. I walked out with a new phone, Apple Watch, and iPad, all fully set up before I left. William worked hard to find me an amazing deal, and I am truly happy with what I’m paying. That level of patience, honesty, and attention is rare. What really stands out is the atmosphere every single customer is treated like they’re the most important person in the store. Even when it’s busy, the team makes sure each individual feels valued and heard. Because of this experience, I’ve already referred friends here. One of my friends came in after switching from Sprint and also walked out with a new phone, watch, and iPad, and she is just as happy as I am. I came back again today and was once again helped by William, who was just as kind, patient, and attentive. This is hands-down the best Verizon store. If you’re thinking about switching or upgrading, come to this location. The team here truly cares, and it shows. Highly, highly recommend!

  I was with my service for 10 years this year and last year I have bad service with my company not getting Text phone calls emails. so I decided to make a switch when i went to 2 locations in Novi off Verizon and I just appreciate the customer service so I decided to look for another location. Went I found this location I walk in and the customer service employee Moheddin willing to help me with the service and explain with detail the promotions and abilities. The transaction was so smooth and he was able to set me up with the phones they watch and the tablet with no stress. 100% honest, Customer service representing in very understandable service of the best easy-going smooth transaction to my new account.   BEWARE of this store ! They will over charge you if you aren’t aware of what they are doing. If you know how to transfer your own info from your old phone to your new phone do it yourself otherwise they charge you for each device they transfer for you and charge you without really explaining that they are charging you for that. Also my transfer didn’t even go through on my phone correctly and still charged us and charged us for two devices they didn’t set up all they did was turn it on and we went through all the prompts of setting it up ourselves. They also try to sell you extra things you don’t need and even when you say no they press it still. They also do not give you the cheapest bill possible. I had to call Corporate Verizon to fix all the issues on my bill and they got it down to be much cheaper than these guys did. THEY ARE NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A CORPORATE STORE WHERE THEY CANT SCREW YOU OVER AND ENSURE YOU GET THIS BEST DEAL. All these guys care about is their commission not their customers!
