Rarely do I give a review on the stores that we remodel, but these guys deserve one. As I was a fly on the wall watching and listening to them interact with each and every customer for as many days I was there, I didn’t witness a single customer fluster them. They were faced with so many different personalities coming through that door, and the guys treated them all respectfully and equally. There was no back talk after a disrespectful customer would leave, no high pressure selling, just impressive professionalism to meet every customer’s needs! So, as that fly on the wall, I say, stop and check out the new VIBE! People, check yourself before unloading an attitude with them. They will still help you the same without being crabby! My boy, Trey, was on duty the most and deserves a lot of the credit for this post! His fearless leader, Colton, as manager, brings it all together with his big smile and friendly demeanor.
