  Made an appointment because my boyfriend’s phone wasn’t working at all. Walked in,checked in at the Genius Bar and waited for 45 mins … with our two kids meanwhile everyone around us was being helped. Someone finally came up to him and that’s when they realized the employees never even checked us in. What’s the point of having an appointment if you can’t even attend to your customers ?! Then they couldn’t even help us with our problem (note to customers TURN OFF auto updates it will mess up your phone !) We ended up calling someone at apple and they helped us with a solution. Honestly it was a big waste of time to come in the store.

  This is really regarding Apple’s policy to match prices. I contacted Apple via phone to make sure they price match. Apple told me yes! I went into the store and they told me they’ll only price match up to 10% - I purchased a Duo MagSafe charger from Apple. It was $138 at Apple and $99 at Bestbuy. They refused to match the exact price! This is an example of poor customer service. Apple makes too much money to not match prices on their own products. Especially since we are basically forced to get a new charger because the plug does not come with the new IPhone 13. Prices are getting high but the quality sucks and customer service.

  Just had another experience with Apple Inc that will keep me an Apple user for life. My Mac Mini seemed to be processing slower than I would prefer. For shits and giggles I took it to The Apple Store at Partridge Creek for a diagnostic check. During their check they discovered that there "may be a hard drive issue" that could cause my hard drive to crash in the future. (From my past experience with pc's, that means $100's out of my pocket. Plus Best Buy, or whoever, would ship it out and I would get it back in a month or so.) This took place last night at 8:50pm and the store closes at 9pm. The technician and the store stayed open for an extra 15 min to make sure our info was backed up onto an external drive before we left our Mac at the store. This morning, less than 15 hours after leaving the store, the technician called and said we are all set to pick up our Mac. They replaced the hard drive and reloaded all the info so when we turn it on, it will look just the way we left it. Oh yeah, it's also free of charge, parts and labor. Have a nice day!!!
