My only complaint was that they didn’t have retina MacBook in stock in the color I wanted so I had to get a different color. Otherwise, still my was stop for apple products because the staff and atmosphere.

I was assigned to Ron. How very fortunate for me. He helped me, several others as well as giving information to a couple of associates. Doing so with no one feeling slighted. He was infinitely patient with me and my many questions. I decided to make the purchase and he said he would set it up for me. I am not tech savvy and was grateful for the offer. It was a great experience from start to finish. I signed up for a class and am enjoying my new iPad because Ron transferred all my apps to my iPad remotely. They are closing this location. I am very sorry to hear this but know I will always be well cared for.

- OLO LJul 21, 20251.0Had a appointment to send out my macbook pro for a battery replacement, was told come back anytime within the week to drop it off and ship it out, did just that to the genius bar now stating i need another appointment for that and its a 2 hour wait. For a drop off? Im not even getting the device fixed on location.
- JKJennifer KnightDec 7, 20212.0This is really regarding Apple’s policy to match prices. I contacted Apple via phone to make sure they price match. Apple told me yes! I went into the store and they told me they’ll only price match up to 10% - I purchased a Duo MagSafe charger from Apple. It was $138 at Apple and $99 at Bestbuy. They refused to match the exact price! This is an example of poor customer service. Apple makes too much money to not match prices on their own products. Especially since we are basically forced to get a new charger because the plug does not come with the new IPhone 13. Prices are getting high but the quality sucks and customer service.
