I came in to inquire about a trade in offer, even though both workers were busy they made sure to address us, give us a seat and quickly worked with us alongside other customers. At one point these two men were juggling 5-6 customers seamlessly. Sam, who helped me the majority of the time, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He ensured we understood everything and even made recommendations for us to save money on our monthly bill. If you need support, want to purchase or want to better understand your plan, THIS is the Verizon store you must go to! Kudos to Sam & his team for running an incredible store!
